Internal Recruitment

The company will announce a job vacancy within a week of its opening as determined by the recruiting department. All eligible employees may apply.


Employee Referral

The company encourages its employees to actively recommend suitable candidates. Also, in Innomed it is encouraged that employees move around in different departments to apply the better suitable positions which have been open and are more fit to his/her education or/and work experiences.


External Recruitment

The company engages in open recruitment through professional recruitment websites, talent markets, and other channels. The manager/director/general manager of relevant departments interviews, discuses, and ultimately decides to hire the most suitable candidates.
